Victor Gonzalez is the founder of MysterTech, a consultancy specialized in hospitality technology projects, particularly PMS migrations and system transitions for independent hotels and small hotel groups.

With more than 20 years of experience in hotel technology, Victor has led multiple implementations and system migrations, helping hotels adopt new platforms while maintaining operational stability.

Through MysterTech, he works closely with hotel teams and technology vendors to coordinate complex projects, ensuring that every phase — from planning to go-live — is executed smoothly and with minimal disruption to daily operations.

MysterTech acts as an independent partner for hotels, bringing technical expertise, structured project management and hands-on support throughout the entire implementation process.
